Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese system designed to cultivate the body’s natural energy through fluid movements, gentle stretches, and relaxed postures. Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, it emphasizes the preservation of good health, reduced stress, and the enhancement of physical vitality.

At Living Tao I teach the ShiBaShi (18 healing hands) and the Ba duan jin (8 silk brocades).

Tai Chi: Yang Style Short Form

Tai Chi evolved from Qi Gong, as a practice characterized by flowing, meditative movements that improve balance, coordination, and overall well-being. Developed as a martial art, it is now commonly practiced to achieve a calm state of mind and good health. Like Qi Gong, it balances the body’s Qi.

The lessons cater for beginner and intermediate students.
